Our customers will receive a good value for our service,
through quality expert appliance repair, knowledgeable information
before, during and after the repair as well as fast turnaround
on all repairs. We charge a $59.95 Trip and Diagnostic Fee
to go out to your home, disassemble and diagnose your appliance
as necessary to give an exact quote to repair the problem.
Upon completion of diagnosing the appliance, and before the
work begins, you are given a quote to repair your appliance.
If you choose not to have us repair your appliance, you only
pay the trip and diagnostic fee. If you choose to have us
go ahead with the quoted repair, then the $59.95 trip and
diagnostic fee is waived and you pay the quoted cost for the
completed repair. We stand by our
repairs with a full 1 year parts and labor warranty. At
this time we accept cash or checks.
We will work with you one on one, to set up a convenient
appointment time, a call to meet, a call time in advance to
heading your way, first am call, last pm call, you get the
idea. Each scheduled appointment will be given a courtesy
call 15 minutes prior to arriving. We want to make it easy
In order to minimize your down time, both in your time spent
at home to get the repair done and the time going without
the use of your appliance, we set up an appointment with you,
to arrive at your home as quickly as possible. We have a well-stocked
van in order to try to complete the repair on the first trip.
When a part has to be ordered, we can pick up in stock parts
at a local parts distributer. If not in stock, if not in stock,
the part can be ordered usually with a 3 to 5 day turnaround
time and there is no second trip charge. As the company name
